Your contact and address details are used to run your delivery route, process your orders, and reach you about your specific garments. Analytics data is used only in aggregate to improve the website. We do not build advertising profiles.

We do not share your details with third parties except where strictly necessary to operate the business — for example, a payment processor handling a transaction, or a specialist cleaner handling a leather or heirloom item on our behalf.
