How FabriCare's delivery works

FabriCare of Greenville's dry cleaning pickup and delivery is free — there is no delivery fee, no order minimum and no contract. You leave your garments in a branded FabriCare bag at a spot you choose, our valet collects it on your scheduled route day, and your finished order returns on the next run. Routes run twice weekly to homes and offices in Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Five Forks and Taylors, and delivery customers pay exactly the same per-item prices as walk-in customers.

    Sign up once

    Give us your address and your preferences — starch, hangers, folding, anything else. We assign you to the route that already runs past your street and tell you your two service days.

  2. 02

    Get your bag

    We drop a branded FabriCare garment bag at your door before your first pickup. Dry cleaning, laundered shirts and wash-and-fold all go in the same bag — no sorting required.

  3. 03

    Leave it out by 9 a.m.

    Porch, side door, garage, under the carport, office front desk — you name the spot once and we use it every time. No need to be home, no need to sign, no need to call.

  4. 04

    We clean it in Greenville County

    Your order is processed at our own plant here in Greenville County, not shipped out of state. Every garment is inspected against its care label, stains are noted, and your preferences pulled from your account.

    It comes back on your next route day

    Pressed pieces return on hangers under protective poly, wash-and-fold folded and bagged. Same drop spot, twice a week, every week.

We are aware this is unusual. Most delivery dry cleaning in the United States is priced with a route fee, a monthly membership, or a per-order minimum. We do not do any of that, because the delivery van is cheaper for us to run than a fourth storefront would be.

Leave the bag out by nine. It is gone when you get home, and it comes back clean on your next route day. Most of our delivery customers have never met their valet.

How does dry cleaning pickup and delivery work?

You sign up once, we assign you to a route with two service days a week, and you leave your garments in a branded FabriCare bag at a spot you choose — porch, side door, garage or office front desk. Our valet collects the bag on your service day and returns your finished order on the next run. You do not need to be home, sign anything, or call when you have nothing out.

What areas do you deliver to in the Upstate?

FabriCare of Greenville delivers free to Greenville, Greer, Simpsonville, Mauldin, Five Forks and Taylors, including downtown Greenville, Augusta Road, Alta Vista, Chanticleer, Verdae, Thornblade, Pelham Road, Riverside and the Woodruff Road corridor. Do I have to be home for pickup or delivery?

No. Nearly all of our delivery customers never meet their valet. You choose a drop spot when you sign up and we use that same spot every time, so there is nothing to schedule, sign or be present for.
